Type of employment

Part-time, less than 5 hours per week to start

Launch and optimize various Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn campaigns
Content management, site traffic monitoring, etc.
Optimization and maintenance of the Shopify site
The Social Media Specialist analyzes engagement data, identifies trends in customer interactions to determine which initiatives work best, and capitalizes on this information to continue to grow the Farinaz social community and brand awareness.
Perform day-to-day campaign activities for enterprise-level social media campaigns, including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance tracking, strategic testing, campaign expansion , etc
Track KPIs to assess performance and identify issues and produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)


Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office
Excellent understanding of marketing strategy and how to use these concepts effortlessly through various forms of outreach
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong mastery of technology


General knowledge of search engine optimization and internet ranking for web content
Strong design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or other related design tools
Experience and strong interest in creative activities, fashion and design
Startup experience, e-commerce experience, small business experience
Experience training other staff to engage in a social strategy
